I don’t really have a problem with him owning the watch per se but I’ve decided that it’s sad that it will probably never get worn…

I have no problem w/ the guy owning that or any other watch, as long as he earned the money honestly and didn’t cheat or steal from others. I feel the same about anyone else.

I’m far far less concerned with a $6500 watch than I am with one’s ignorance of economics and lack of respect for the Constitution and liberty. I’ll leave it vague and won’t say who.

For some reason I feel like Obama should have a nice watch as it continues with the myth and show that the USA is a nation of wealth. That being said, part of the reason he is so endearing is because he is a “people president” that goes on Leno, has kids in the Oval Office, etc.

This is a guy who graduated top of his Law class and taught Constitutional Law at the most prestigious University in the world. He could have gone on to big money but instead went to work for the local council and do some good. Perhaps he isn’t a luxury watch kind of guy?

Malcolm Turnbull is a luxury watch kind of guy and he is a jerk. No one wants that in politics.
